Adios is probably one of the better known weight loss products available to buy on the high street, in health stores, in chemists….on ebay and probably at car boot fayres.

If you are looking for a cheap slimming tablet these are the tablets for you. Hunting around on eBay we have found 100 tablets for around £5 – great value, or would be great value if they actually worked.

How Does Adios Work
Adios comprises of all natural and herbal ingredients that when combined supposedly speeds up the body’s metabolism and burns fat. Just how this actually does this given the vague list of ingredients is anyone’s guess.
The one saving grace for Adios is that is does come with a sensible slimming plan in the packaging
Should I Buy Adios Slimming Pills
Although they are incredibly cheap and even at a fiver they are not a recommended slimming solution. A very hollow compound with nothing in the way of any positive feedback.

Lipo 6 is (or was) a combination of 6 fat burning substances – so rather aptly named Lipo6. Older variations of the diet supplement contained Ephedra (Ma Huang) a now banned substance. So now there are 5 fat burning substances present. But the diet is still called Lipo 6 rather than Lipo 5. Confused?
Lipo 6 is very popular among bodybuilders and has been a very marketable diet and fitness product up until now. The withdrawal of Ephedra has left Lipo 6 somewhat in the doldrums with its most potent substance removed and quite rightly. More about Ephedra here.
What Are The Ingredients Of Lipo 6
- Caffeine – a thermogene that increase brain activity and mental alertness, can also have a appetite suppressing effect
- Guggulsterones – used to stimulate the thyroid gland and promote thermogenic activity
- Synephrine – can be described as the little sister of Ephedra, safe but less effective
- Yohimbe – a natural aphrodisiac found in the tree bark of the African Yohimbe tree
- Biophine – black pepper extract harvested in India. Not really that beneficial to weight loss
