Xenadrine Fat Burner

Cytodyne Xenadrine is categorized as a fat burner. The original formula, Xenadrine RFA-1 contained the much maligned and now banned substance Ephedra. The latest release is Ephedra free and branded as Xenadrine EFX, a slightly more muted compound but without the harmful side effects that Ephedra can cause. More about Ephedra here.

The older version was possibly the most popular and widely used fat burner in North America, not so much the UK. A very popular product in the bodybuilding world as well as the dieter looking to lose weight. The newer release can cause a side effect or two but nothing like the older Ephedra based supplement.

What Are The Ingredients Of Xenedrine

Ephedra is pretty big gap to fill and so the makers have taken the caffeine route as so many diet pill manufacturers have taken since the ban. If you really like the effects that caffeine can cause then you are in for a treat.

As well as caffeine Xenedrine also contains

Yerba Mate
Guarana
Green Tea Extract
L-Tyrosine
Norambrolide
…and more caffeine

Does Xenadrine Work

The older version with Ephedra was effective but the newer incarnation does appear to be diluted and has pretty much lost its clout and popularity.

Side Effects Caused Xenadrine

Can cause the usual side effects associated with taking large doses of caffeine such as; headaches, anxiety, stomach cramps and increase sweating.

Should I buy Xenadrine

More aimed at the bodybuilding market – it is suggested to use a weight loss product that is aimed specifically at dieters.
