A combination of a blend of fibre from vegetables, grains and citrus fruits that are naturally designed to make you feel full. Best described as a kind physical appetite suppressant rather than one that fools the brain as Hoodia Gordonni does.
The package also contains a calorie controlled diet that, naturally, has a heavy bias toward introducing more fibre.
Any Side Effects From The Fibre Diet Pill
Holland & Barrett are always careful with their product selection - safety first and then potency secondary.
Highly unlikely to cause any nasty side effects although your bowell movements and habits may change ver so slightly - which is to be expected when a a higher concentrate of fibre is introduced into your system.
Do Fibre Diet Pills Works
Fibre is a prerequisite and should be introduced into your diet as a matter of course - whether a diet pill containing just fibre is necassary is a matter of opinion.
It would be unfair to put Holland and Barrett’s Fibre Diet Tablet in the same league as some of the other diet pills we have reviewed.
Introducing more fibre (fruit and vegetables) into your daily diet would negate the need for a dietary supplement such as this.
